Somehow, I ended up in Q Daily, the online Chinese magazine focusing on emerging technology and new design trends. 
If you are wondering what the text says at the beginning... it's something like: 

"As the chairman of the Los Angeles nonprofit Ocean Conservation Society, Dr. Maddalena Bearzi, an Italian marine biologist, often travels to see her animal friends. Using marine ecology as a source of inspiration, she began to recover metal, old jewelry and stone to create unique marine pieces. Wearing... earthworms!

Andrea wears the handmade "Anellide sorridente" necklace. Anellids are earthworms, and these segmented, little animals influenced the design of a series of distinctive, organic looking textile jewelry pieces. A high wave is coming

What's boiling right now in the ACQUA jewelry collection? This time is "onda alta" (high wave in English),  a series of one of a kind rings handmade by Maddalena Bearzi in her Los Angeles studio.
